Project Info
The common open plot is designed keeping in mind every age group that resides. The jogging track at the periphery eliminates the need to visit a jogger’s park; one edge has an elderly sitting zone overlooking the children’s play area. The central open area is caters to the community gatherings. The clubhouse has a multipurpose hall, gymnasium, indoor game zone, a yoga center as well as a library, connected by the ceiling, and wooden beams in a graphic pattern which is reflected in the wall by use of different pastel shades. The stair case railing too follows a different line composition accompanied by wall art resembling the pacman video game, further adorned with paintings, making it a more lively and upbeat place.
