The residential blocks of the Green leaf view scheme are not placed in a linear manner as the site so as to provide voids in between for the open spaces which in turn will develop into green zones and a better air circulation in the site. The residential blocks are facing north which invites maximum of diffused light in the apartments and the Green space in the southern direction takes care of the southern sun. The Units are designed in a proper hierarchy with the common space in-between two units and the private areas on the edges separated by the semi-private zone in between.
