The site planning strategy leads to the placement of towers in a manner that all the apartments get a view of the central recreational zone. Building blocks placed on the periphery of the site making the central space a recreational zone for all the age groups.
An external vehicular loop covers all 6 towers rendering rest of the site as pedestrian free, where one can let younger ones play free without the fear of encountering any traffic.
